This is the innovative RB Concept Engine Protect front bearing protector! Front bearings are not 100% sealed and the possibility of dirt entering the engine through the front bearing is a true risk. Both the bearing and engine can be damaged and potentially shorten the lifespan of your expensive engine. Problems like compression loss, flame outs and other expensive repairs can all be caused by dirt entering the engine through the front bearing. So RB studied this problem and developed a solution: the Engine Protect! This machined and treated steel part fits most .21 through .28 engines and it protects the bearing by preventing dust from getting in, thus increasing engine lifespan and performance. This is great insurance at an affordable price!
